Any writer/author posting out with the community feature of The Poetic Mind will be considered to have automatically provided a consent to these Terms and Conditions as laid down below.

At first, “The Poetic Mind” and it’s tagline “Together we can spread the love” are duly filed trademarks under the Government of India and hence you are not entitled to copy or misuse any of the assets of The Poetic Mind in anyway possible.

Secondly, your posted content will be reviewed before going live over the website and hence, you are advised not to publish/post anything for which you don’t hold copyright.

Thirdly, if any content of any user is found to be copyrighted i.e. claimed as a copyright by any of the rightful owner of the content, the person liable for any damages will be the user only, who posted the content. And hence, in no way, The Poetic Mind is responsible for any user submitted content.

Fourth, the Reward structure as laid down is subjected to change from time to time as per the own discretion of The Poetic Mind.

Fifth, your user data i.e. the data submitted by you for posting is stored for analytical and reference purposes on the website. For more details, please visit our Privacy Policy.

Sixth, cancellation of any reward of any kind will be the sole decision of The Poetic Mind and hence, none of the reward is duly promised to the writer/author.

Seventh, all promotions over Instagram, Facebook or any social media platforms of The Poetic Mind are chargeable and requires a consent over the Mutual Publishing Agreement of The Poetic Mind for being posted out to the respective platforms.

Eight, none of the individual/user/writer/author anyone is bound to submit any post/content to The Poetic Mind and hence, every submitted content/post will be at the sole discretion of the user.

Ninth, you are advised to use images only from the free servers of various designing apps/platforms to prevent any copyright claims in the future.

Tenth, The Poetic Mind is a 13+ aged community and hence, any erotic/vulgar/sexually appealing/pornographic content is strictly prohibited. Any such user submitting such content will be permanently blocked from the website.

Eleventh, the acceptance and live placement of your submitted content/post is at sole discretion of The Poetic Mind and hence, may be rejected with or without an explanation.

Lastly, as stated above, by pressing the submit button for submitting your content/posts, it is understood that you agree with the Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Rewards structure of The Poetic Mind which are subjected to change from time to time without a personal user notification.
